Oh what a year. For the better of course. It hasn’t been easy, but worth every blood, sweat, and tear. It was a year ago that I found myself sitting in the ER, patiently waiting for food, water, and pain meds. An injury cause by a traffic accident that changed my life. Unfortunately it’s an injury that will stay with me, reminding me everyday of the perils of life.

The changes to be made were abrupt and intense, but leading to a much better life. I’m happy now.
